You can either order online through our website, by e-mail, post or fax. If you prefer to call and talk to us about your requirements we can send you an individual offer via e-mail.
After receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date. We will do our best to deliver by this date, of course. However, please note that this date is an estimation and not guaranteed. In case of delays, you will be notified promptly.
Delivery options depend on the delivery address and on the products ordered. You will receive your goods by parcel service or forwarding agent directly into the kid’s room or kerbside. Please check the price list for delivery costs. Compensation claims cannot be derived from a delay in delivery.
You receive a 2 % discount for prepayment by bank transfer. If our estimated delivery date is more than 4 weeks away, payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery.
When opting for COD (cash on delivery), there is a collection fee (€ 15.00). The carrier will collect the fee on delivery in cash. For international deliveries, custom-made products, and coloured surface treatment, prepayment is required. In all cases, the goods remain our property until full payment is received.
If any part is faulty, damaged or incomplete, we will get the replacement parts to you as quickly as possible, free of charge of course. Claims that exceed the delivery of a replacement cannot be asserted. Please note that parts identified as faulty (e.g. bed is narrower or lower than ordered) must not be assembled temporarily. Keep the defective parts ready for collection. Damages acquired during transit must be reported promptly to Billi-Bolli.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Under the German Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us in advance. The right to return goods is exercised by sending the products back within 14 days of receiving them. Upon doing so, the purchase agreement will be cancelled and we will refund the purchase price if it has already been paid. If the goods delivered correspond with the goods ordered, the buyer will pay the return shipping costs. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Should there be any deterioration of the product due to use, compensation must be paid. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Return in the shop
Even if you order online, you can return the goods to us on site in the shop. If you have ordered them online, the same return policy applies (see above).
A 7-year warranty applies to all the wooden parts of Billi-Bolli products, excluding damages due to improper use. Replacement or repair is provided at our discretion.
For collective orders, you will receive a special discount. Should one of those who ordered together decide to withdraw his/her order, the special collective discount will have to be recalculated. Consequently, the originally granted discount has to be refunded in full (in case of 2 orders) or in part (more than 2 orders).
