DeliveryAfter we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation and a delivery date. We will of course do our best to deliver by this date, however, it should still be regarded as tentative. In the case of delays you will be notified promptly.
Goods are – depending on destination and ordered articles – delivered by a parcel service or carrier into the kids room or on a kerbside delivery basis. For delivery costs, please see the respective listing of valid prices. No claim for compensation due to delayed delivery can be entertained.
PaymentYou receive a 2 % discount for prepayment by bank transfer. If the delivery time we gave you is more than 4 weeks into the future, payment is due 4 weeks prior to delivery.
If you would like the option of COD (cash on delivery), there is a collection fee (€ 15.00) added to the invoice amount by the carrier. For international deliveries, custom-made products, and coloured surface treatment, prepayment is required. In all cases, the goods remain our property until full payment.
ComplaintsIf any part is faulty, damaged or incomplete, we will get the replacement parts to you (free of charge) as quickly as possible. Claims that exceed the delivery of a replacement cannot be asserted. Parts that are identified to be faulty (e.g. bed is narrower or lower than ordered) must not be assembled temporarily. Keep defective parts for pick-up. Damages acquired during transit must be reported promptly to Billi-Bolli.
Withdrawal Terms and ConditionsUnder the German Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the products up to 14 days after they have been delivered. Please contact us in advance. The right to return goods is exercised by sending the products back within the period prescribed. Upon doing so, the purchase agreement is dissolved and we will refund the purchase price, if this has already been paid. If the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered, the buyer has to bear the shipping costs to return the goods. Should there be any deterioration of the product due to use, compensation must be paid. Custom-made products cannot be returned.
WarrantyA 7 year warranty applies to all wooden parts of the Billi-Bolli products, excluding damages due to improper use. Replacement or repair is provided at our discretion.
Collective OrdersFor collective orders, you will receive a special discount. Should one of those who order collectively decide to withdraw his/her order, this special discount will be recalculated. The discount granted then has to be refunded in full (in the case of 2 orders) or in part (more than 2 orders).
