You receive a 7-year warranty on all wooden parts from us. Should a part be faulty, we will exchange or repair it as soon as possible and free of charge for you. We process every order with great care and since all our kids’ beds and kids’ furniture are pretty much unbreakable, we are happy to grant a long warranty. Consumers very rarely make use of it, proving to us that our assumptions are quite right.
In addition, you also receive an unlimited availability guarantee. This means that you can get extension parts for your bed, even years after you purchased the original product from us. This way you can start off with a more basic configuration and “upgrade” it later over time, according to the needs of your child. For example, with a conversion set, you can turn a loft bed into a bunk bed later. Or you can add accessories when you need them, e.g. a desktop, a bed shelf or a slide.
