In this case, posting on the second hand page is free of charge.
In this case, placing an advert costs € 60, which will be donated entirely to our charity projects (the ad cost is reduced to € 20 if your desired asking price is not exceeding € 200). After submitting the advert, you will receive an invoice from us. Once the ad has been checked and payment received, it will be activated.
Choose a meaningful title for your listing (maximum 70 characters). You are welcome to include your location right in the title as well as features, such as the type of wood or the mattress size, unless it is the most common size of 90 x 200 cm. Please refrain from using words in all CAPS and adjectives such as “beautiful loft bed”.
Please write the title and descriptions of all features in English.

Upload a photo to be displayed with your listing on the second hand page.
Photo guidelines:
File preferences: JPG file with a resolution of at least 1200 × 1200 pixel (better: at least 3000 × 3000) and maximum 7000 × 7000 pixel
Make sure the bed or accessory is clearly visible in the centre of the photo. You will also increase your chances of selling it, if the picture is well-lit and the room is tidy.
After selecting the photo, you can check a small preview of it right here. If the photo is rotated incorrectly in the preview, please open and rotate the original image file, save it again and select it one more time.
For beds, one overall picture is generally sufficient, even if not every single attached accessory can be seen in detail. If you want to sell several accessories without a bed, please place them in one picture. Do you prefer several photos with your ad? Then we recommend creating a collage (e.g. online for free here) before uploading it here.
You confirm that you have the rights to the photo and give us permission to post it online.

If you ordered the products new from us and we delivered them to you in a non-EU country, you received an invoice excluding VAT from us at that time (please check the invoice). You may therefore add the VAT of your country (which you paid separately to the carrier on delivery) to the total amount of the original price stated in our invoice when you refer to the purchase price further down (but do not include the delivery costs).
For the selected year of manufacture, we recommend that you give the items away free of charge.
If the items are more than 20 years old, we recommend giving them away for free.

For any questions or notifications regarding your second hand advert e.g., once your listing has been successfully activated, we need your e-mail address and your name to notify you. They will only be used for this purpose and will not be published in the ad (unless you have also entered the same e-mail address above as a contact option for your advert).

We usually review the advert on the next working day (Monday to Friday) the latest and then activate it on our second hand page (or – if you already bought the bed pre-owned – we send you the invoice for the listing fee first). In individual cases it may also take 2 – 3 working days. In any case, you will receive a notification from us by e-mail.
Please note:
After activation, your listing will appear at the top of the first page in the second hand area of our website. With the publishing of other ads, it will move further down and to the back. If it slips to page 4 without a successful sale (which rarely happens if you directly choose a realistic asking price according to our recommendations), we suggest reducing the asking price.
You can edit the details of your advert any time, however, it will not affect its placement in our listing – i.e., it is neither possible to reposition the ad back to the top of the list on the 1st page of the second hand area or to republish your ad (please do not try to discuss this with us).
Interested parties can contact you directly via the contact options you published in the advert. Billi-Bolli is neither involved in the communication nor in the sales process.
Once your item is sold, simply let us know by e-mail and we will mark your listing as “sold”.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any information identified as incorrect, and also to refuse adverts.
