Passionate companies often begin their journey in a garage. This is also where Peter Orinsky developed and built the very first children’s loft bed for his son Felix 34 years ago. It was very important for him to only use natural materials, provide strong safety features, clean workmanship as well as a high degree of flexibility to ensure long-term use. The sophisticated modular system has been so well received over the years that the successful family business Billi-Bolli emerged – complete with master craftsmen working in our very own Workshop in the east of Munich. By communicating closely with customers Billi-Bolli keeps refining and enhancing their children’s furniture range constantly. After all, satisfied parents and happy children are our greatest motivation. More about us…
The fascination with the railway is as strong as ever. All aboard! With the Train Theme Boards the adventure loft bed transforms into a train bed, complete with a steaming locomotive and a cosy sleeping compartment in the waggon – and your child will lead the way as the engine driver. At least in their train bed.
The locomotive and coal car are intended for the long side of the bed, the waggon for the short side ⓘ. Depending on the mounting direction of the locomotive, it “moves” either to the left or to the right.
Choose your desired colour for the wheels! All possible colour options can be found at Wood and Finishes.
Colour varnish for the wheels is included in the base price; please specify the desired colour in the “Additional notes and requests” field during checkout step 3.
When choosing ladder position A (default) or B ⓘ, you need the board in ½ bed length [HL] and the board in ¼ bed length [VL] to cover the remaining area of the long side of the bed. (The board in ¼ bed length [VL] is sufficient for the Pitched Roof Bed.)
In case you also attached a slide to the long side of the bed, please contact us for the suitable boards.
When the board for the short side (waggon) is attached, neither a play crane nor a bedside table can be mounted to this side of the bed.
