Our General Terms and Conditions

Order

You can either order online through our website or by e-mail. If you prefer to call and talk to us about your requirements we can send you an individual offer via e-mail.

Online contract conclusion

A purchase contract is concluded via the website when you click on the button "🔒 order for a fee" in the third order step, which can be reached via the shopping cart. Before doing so, you can check and change all the information you have provided and the contents of your shopping cart. We save the contract text after the contract has been concluded. You have the right to view the saved contract text. When handling your data, we adhere to the applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR.

Delivery

After receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date. We will do our best to deliver by this date, of course. However, please note that this date is an estimation and not guaranteed. In case of delays, you will be notified promptly. Compensation claims cannot be derived from a delay in delivery.

Payment

If the delivery date specified by us is more than 4 weeks in the future, payment is due 4 weeks before delivery.

If you wish to collect your order, you can also select "cash on collection" as the payment method, provided your order does not contain any items with a painted/lacquered surface or customised items.

In all cases, the goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Collective Orders

For collective orders, you will receive a special discount. Should one of those who ordered together decide to withdraw his/her order, the special collective discount will have to be recalculated. Consequently, the originally granted discount has to be refunded in full (in case of 2 orders) or in part (more than 2 orders).

Complaints

If any part is faulty, damaged or incomplete, we will get the replacement parts to you as quickly as possible, free of charge of course (with free delivery to the destination of the original order). Claims that exceed the delivery of a replacement cannot be asserted. Please note that parts identified as faulty (e.g. bed is narrower or lower than ordered) must not be assembled temporarily. Keep the defective parts ready for collection. Damages acquired during transit must be reported promptly to Billi-Bolli.

Warranty

A 7-year warranty applies to all the wooden parts of Billi-Bolli products, excluding damages due to improper use. Replacement or repair shall be carried out in consultation with you.

In addition to our guarantee, you are of course also entitled to statutory warranty claims. Your statutory rights (liability for defects) are not restricted by the guarantee, but rather extended. It is a manufacturer's guarantee from Billi-Bolli Kindermöbel GmbH. To make a claim, simply contact us informally by email, contact form, telephone or post. The guarantee period begins upon delivery or handover of the goods. Purely visual defects, defects caused by normal use and defects caused by yourself are not part of the guarantee. We will cover shipping costs for parts to be exchanged under the guarantee in the amount that would be incurred for shipping from/to the original recipient address (for example, if you have since moved abroad, you will have to bear the additional costs for delivery).

Cancellation & Return Policy

Our customers have the option to return products within 30 days of receiving them. Please contact us in advance to initiate a return. You exercise your right to return goods by sending the products back within the specified timeframe. Once we receive the products, we will cancel the purchase agreement and immediately refund the purchase price, minus any shipping costs. The buyer will cover the return shipping expenses if the delivered goods match the order. Should there be any deterioration of the products resulting from use, it is necessary to provide compensation. Please note that custom-made products are not eligible for returns.

Return in shop

Even if you order online, you can return the goods to us locally in the shop. If you ordered them online, the same return conditions apply (see above).
