Passionate companies often begin their journey in a garage. This is also where Peter Orinsky developed and built the very first children’s loft bed for his son Felix 34 years ago. It was very important for him to only use natural materials, provide strong safety features, clean workmanship as well as a high degree of flexibility to ensure long-term use. The sophisticated modular system has been so well received over the years that the successful family business Billi-Bolli emerged – complete with master craftsmen working in our very own Workshop in the east of Munich. It is with a heavy heart that we are parting with our bunk bed, used by 1 child. The condition is appropriate for its age (the child handled the bed with care), a little darkened in the sunlight and a few small blemishes.
The Prolana children's mattress is included free of charge (never soaked or suffered any other mishap, cover removable and washable), as is the climbing rope.
The bed can still be viewed assembled, collection only. We can dismantle together or you can pick it up dismantled.
All documents for the bed/assembly/mattress are complete.
As two feet are shortened due to our step in the room, two original long feet should be reordered. Cost point on current telephone enquiry here at Billi-Bolli: approx. 185 euros.
We are selling our loft bed that grows with our son, who wants to pass it on to younger children after 10 years.

With the sloping ladder, ideal for loft bed beginners who later need plenty of space to play.The large bed shelf was purchased new in 2021.

We are parting with our beloved bunk bed, which has served us well. The photo shows the bed converted to height 6.
It is in very good condition and comes from a non-smoking household. The centre beam has been shortened a little because the ceiling height no longer fitted after a move, but it is still fully functional. The bedside table needs to be glued, there is a crack. (Spare parts can be reordered from Billi-Bolli)
We are selling our growing loft bed that has accompanied our son for 10 years. The photo shows the current structure.
In addition, the bed was occasionally used as a bunk bed for two children and played with as a pirate boat (swing, crane). The components required for this are also included in the scope of supply, but are not shown in the photo.
The bed is fully functional, but has signs of wear in one place or another commensurate with its age.

12 year old bunk bed in good condition for sale.
Isolated traces of painting are visible and a water stain on the side of the lower beam. As well as 2 small screw holes.
Our son loved the bed for years and created a cosy hideaway underneath it for reading, listening to music or just relaxing.
Assembly instructions, spare parts and original invoice are available.

We are now parting with our much-loved bed and hope that another child will enjoy it as much as our boys did.

We bought the bed in August 2016 after our second daughter announced her arrival and it was clear that our attic flat would become too small. At the time, we had the bed adapted to the sloping roof by Billi-Bolli (sloping roof step and bunk board) so that it could be set up to save space. The lower floor has a baby gate set up to the ladder. This was practical, as the area behind the ladder could be used as a seating area for us to read to the children or get them dressed.
We have since moved and the bed is no longer on the sloping roof. However, the bunk board reaches right up to the wall, so we decided against a conversion kit from Billi-Bolli - although this would still be possible.
Some of the paint on the baby rails and the top frame is chipped from climbing. The corners of the bed boxes have signs of wear from being pulled out, otherwise it is in good condition. We had pipe insulation around the rocking plate to prevent damage to the bed. We are a pet-free, non-smoking household. Some of the beams are still labelled with the Billi-Bolli stickers; the assembly instructions are still present.
The bed is still assembled and can be inspected. To simplify assembly, we can also dismantle it together.
