Second hand kids’ beds

We are selling our much-loved Billi-Bolli interactive adventure bed made from oiled pine, which has been a favourite for many years. We bought the bed second-hand in 2017 as a loft bed (with the previous owner’s customer number). Over time, we have expanded it with new original parts and most recently used it as a bunk bed.

The unique dimensions suited us perfectly: at 120 cm, we could sleep comfortably alongside our children (our method, instead of having a ‘gap for visitors’ in the parents’ bed) or sit comfortably together as a family of three whilst reading aloud.

I have photos of the various configuration options, which I’d be happy to send on request.

When converting it into a bunk bed, we had the ladder posts shortened so that the large drawer under the bed was easily accessible. Incidentally, this would also allow the bed to be extended to include a third bed in the bed base.

The bed shows clear signs of wear and tear (I’ve taken detailed photos of all the nicks, scratches and stains).

The bed will be handed over disassembled (with labels to aid reassembly).

We are offering our Billi-Bolli bed here, which is in excellent condition. My son hasn’t used it much, as he only lives with me half the time. We extended it ourselves last year to add further parts.

Adjustable loft bed made from solid pine (90 × 200 cm) including bed shelves – well-maintained

Our son has now outgrown his loft bed and would like a teenager’s bed. We bought the bed new in November 2016.

Given its age, the bed is in good second-hand condition.

We recommend dismantling the bed yourself, as this will make reassembly much easier later on. Of course, we’re happy to help with this.

The lower horizontal wooden beam shows a few signs of wear along the edge. Otherwise, the bed is in really good condition.

We are selling our daughter’s Billi-Bolli loft bed in the spacious 120x200 cm size, made from pine. We bought the bed new on 26 June 2020 for €1,702.00. It is in very good, well-maintained condition and is ready to bring lots of joy to the next child’s bedroom.

The only reason for the sale is that our daughter is now 13 years old. She now finds the loft bed a bit too childish and would prefer a box-spring bed instead. According to the second-hand value assessment here on the Billi-Bolli website, the bed’s current value is around €880. As we need space for the new teenager’s bedroom, we’re selling the bed for a fixed price of €800.

Please note that the matching mattress (current new price approx. €350) is already fully included in this fixed price! We are a clean, non-smoking household. The original receipt and assembly instructions are, of course, available and will be provided to the new owner.

Purchased as a ‘both-on-top’ bed, type 2b. The bed was most recently used as a bunk bed and is now being used as a loft bed.

It is now being sold due to a house move and will be dismantled in the next few days.

As for accessories, we still have one large and two small ‘knight’ boards; the other boards were sold some time ago. The matching shelf is included.

The bed is being sold without mattresses.

It’s in decent overall condition. There are some signs of wear and tear. The photo was taken in 2015 after assembly and had to be edited due to pixelation. On request, I can send a photo showing its current condition, though this is only possible as a loft bed

The bed is in very good second-hand condition with no stickers, no nicks, etc.
We are a pet-free, non-smoking household.

Everything is functional, sturdy, stable and ready for the next round of adventures and climbing.

It is currently set up and can be viewed in Munich’s Schwabing district.

The accessories were only used for 2.5 years. They were never used again after the bed was converted, so they are virtually as good as new. No signs of wear.

The bed is in very good condition and has been used sparingly but always with care. It has never been wet-cleaned.

Non-smoking and pet-free household.

It is with great regret and a heavy heart that we have to part with our very well-preserved fire-engine-style loft bed.

It has bravely withstood many high-speed descents down the slide pole, wild romps on the rocking platform and cosy cuddles behind the curtains. The curtains were sewn by us and are welcome to be taken along.

We hope that soon a new child will have just as much fun and enjoy sweet dreams in ‘our’ bed!
