It was very important for him to only use natural materials, provide strong safety features, clean workmanship as well as a high degree of flexibility to ensure long-term use. The sophisticated modular system has been so well received over the years that the successful family business Billi-Bolli emerged – complete with master craftsmen working in our very own Workshop in the east of Munich. For hobbyists: Parts for a bunk bed for two children with a bed base. Originally a two-top bed offset to the side with a third sleeping level at the bottom and bed base, fireman's pole at the head end, rocking beam at the foot end. One sleeping level was converted into a youth loft bed.

Bunk bed for two children, good condition. One board of one of the slatted frames is broken, but can easily be repaired or replaced.
The lower bed and drawers cannot be seen in the picture as they were dismantled much earlier. The drawers are the same size and fit under the lower bed. Collection in Plankstadt, near Mannheim/Heidelberg.

Our children have always slept wonderfully in their Billi-Bolli bed and have been able to integrate the bed wonderfully into many games and adventures during the day! Unfortunately, the children's and primary school years are coming to an end. That's why our bed is for sale!
We are selling our Billi-Bolli bed, which is in very good condition.The bed has been moved once and shows few signs of use. It has a play base instead of a slatted frame.
The bed is 2.60 cm high in total with the side attachments to which the rocking plate and hanging seat are attached.
Due to the move, a centre bar could no longer be fitted because the room was lower. This is available and can be reassembled in the centre to create more space for swings. However, the superstructure is even higher than the side beams - we think approx. 3.00 metres.
We think it makes sense to dismantle the bed together on collection because it makes it easier to assemble, but we would also dismantle the bed beforehand for collection by the customer.

The loft bed has now been in my son's nursery for almost 10 years and has been used about five times to sleep on. He usually slept underneath it. In this respect, the frame is a little more worn at the bottom. The top of the bed is almost as good as new - only the natural wood parts have darkened a little.
The height of the bed has never been adjusted, so it has only been assembled once so far.The centre bedpost is unfortunately a little scratched. I can send detailed photos by email on request.
Please note that the bed has a 80 cm wide mattress base! It has a bedside table, a small shelf and the porthole boards as accessories.
The dismantling can be done together. On request, I can also mark the parts in advance and lay the bed out ready for collection.
Our son has become a teenager and wants something new for "older children", so our Billi-Bolli can move on and make another child happy.
Billi-Bolli has grown with him and has brought him a lot of fun during the day with its fireman's pole, climbing wall, play crane, steering wheel, small bed shelf, climbing rope, swing plate and bunk boards. As the highest height has been reached for some time now and our son has become too tall for the rocking plate, the climbing rope with rocking plate is currently no longer attached to the bed.
The bed has (in our opinion) normal signs of use for a boy and can be viewed in Hamburg-Bramfeld.The crank of the play crane has been used extensively and no longer works, but can probably be repaired by a talented dad.
The bed is still assembled and will have to be dismantled by the buyer on collection. We are happy to provide help and advice.
