Second hand kids’ beds

After almost 9 years we part with our beloved adventure bed.
The bed is in Berlin - Tempelhof, currently still under construction. The upper floor has a play floor, downstairs is completely open. We had the bed at height 4 and 5. The bed is sold with crane beams (not in the picture, but there), on request the purchase of the slide is also possible.

Since we always had the bed in the corner, 2 bunk boards (see picture) were enough for us, which means: if you do not need the slide, the open side next to the ladder must be closed with an additional bunk board.

On request I will be happy to send more pictures.

Since our daughter redesigns her room, we unfortunately have to part with the loft bed. It has given our daughter great pleasure for 11 years and is in very good condition.

In the 11 years it has been rebuilt and adapted several times. The photo shows the last setup. First it was part of a two-top bed and after a move our daughter got her own room and the bed was converted into a half-height loft bed with side boards (not shown). This had in the middle a crane beam (on the photo only the rear beam can be seen) to which a hanging cave was attached (not shown). In addition, she got a small bed shelf. When it got bigger, we mounted the lying surface higher and removed the side boards and the crane beam (see photo). All boards and beams are still present.

It is with a heavy heart that we give this great bed into more happy hands. It was in use for 10 years in the children's room and withstood a lot of fun.

We are a non-smoking household.

The bed must be handed in at the end of May 2023. We are happy to help with the dismantling. Pick-up also possible on weekends.

Questions please by mail.

The bed is in good to very good condition. On the recommendation of the Billi-Bolli team, we did not paint the handle bars and rungs, otherwise this would wear out too much.

On request we sell the protective conductor grid in oiled beech for 50 €. We bought it new in 2018 for 74 € and almost never used it. Punching bag in the photo is not sold.

The only recognizable flaw: one of the blue bunk boards is scratched in the porthole and therefore the paint is missing. Photo of it can be sent.

We sell our loft bed.
It was bought in July 2011 as a cuddly corner bed, expanded in 2015 to a bunk bed-over-corner and has now been with us since 2018 as a bunk bed laterally. The original price of the cuddly corner bed was 2400 €, the extension about 600 €.

The assembly instructions for "bunk bed over corner" and "bunk bed laterally offset" are available.

Small screw holes in the wood are available, otherwise the bed still looks very good.

Overall, normal signs of use. Non-smoking household without cats and dogs.

Our son redesigns his room, so unfortunately we have to part with this bed. It has traces of use from playing, but is overall in great condition. We are happy to give the mattress (if desired) free of charge.

The bunk boards are attached to three sides of the bed (there is none on the wall).

We dismantle the bed so that it can be easily rebuilt using photos and labels on the parts.

We are happy if another child enjoys this bed for a long time!

Time flies! We bought our Billi-Bolli in 2009 for our son as a baby cot and now it is exchanged for a "sunbathing lawn".
We didn't regret the purchase for a second!
As a baby bed with bars, it offered enough space for mom to come to visit. Later it was used as a cave, castle and climbing tower. It also had to be used for swinging.

We had waxed the wood with beeswax after the purchase. Traces of use are of course present, and in a few places our son has artistically immortalized himself with scribbles. But statically, everything is still tip top, and of course you can sand down the wood and treat it again.

The mattress is no longer dewy, but can be taken with you if necessary.

Self-collection only.

We part with our first Billi-Bolli bunk bed, as the desire for a wider lying surface now prevails 😉 among the young people. It is well preserved, but was very much loved and played, which you can see on closer inspection in some places.

Even in old age, however, the excellent wood quality becomes apparent compared to cheaper material. If you want to revise the small quirks, you can do so simply by painting, sanding or turning the boards.
Since the new bed is already on hold, the Billi-Bolli bed will be ceremoniously dismantled in the next few days and hopefully experience fulfilled days and nights in another family.

After our move we sell our beautiful 3 bunk bed without mattresses.

Mattress size: 90 × 200 cm pine oiled-waxed

We give away the mattress from the bed box, which was hardly used.

This practical bed box consists of 2 drawers. Fit exactly under the bed. Well preserved, rolls in pristine condition.
