Passionate companies often begin their journey in a garage. This is also where Peter Orinsky developed and built the very first children’s loft bed for his son Felix 34 years ago. It was very important for him to only use natural materials, provide strong safety features, clean workmanship as well as a high degree of flexibility to ensure long-term use. The sophisticated modular system has been so well received over the years that the successful family business Billi-Bolli emerged – complete with master craftsmen working in our very own Workshop in the east of Munich. Our daughter decided to be too big for a loft bed!
We bought the cot in May 2005. It is in very good condition (not glued and painted) and consists of the following parts:
- Loft bed 90x200 pine oiled-waxed - Slatted base and mattress (if desired)- Protective boards and grab bars- small shelf- 4 mouse boards (with 4 mice)- Climbing rope, natural hemp- Ladder grids and cushions- Curtain rod set with curtains (if desired)
The cot is still under construction and can also be visited.

The cot is made of pine with honey/amber oil treatment for the mattress size 90 x 200.
Included is a berth board for the long side of the bed, slatted frame, protective boards and grab rails for the ladder.

HelloWe move and with a heavy heart we part with our great Billi-Bolli pirate loft bed, including slide and slide tower, for reasons of space.
The cot is only about 3 1/2 years old and in VERY good condition! Due to the 7-year warranty at Billi-Bolli, the cot still has over 3 years warranty.
The adventure bed is 1.20 meters wide and 2 meters long. The slide tower is 60cm x 60cm long.
The height of the middle vertical beams is 2.61 meters (custom-made, as our ceiling height is 2.70m). With a lower ceiling height, however, these 2 beams can easily be shortened by a carpenter.
