Passionate companies often begin their journey in a garage. This is also where Peter Orinsky developed and built the very first children’s loft bed for his son Felix 34 years ago. It was very important for him to only use natural materials, provide strong safety features, clean workmanship as well as a high degree of flexibility to ensure long-term use. The sophisticated modular system has been so well received over the years that the successful family business Billi-Bolli emerged – complete with master craftsmen working in our very own Workshop in the east of Munich. By communicating closely with customers Billi-Bolli keeps refining and enhancing their children’s furniture range constantly. We part with our sloping roof bed (100 x 200 cm) made of honey-colored oiled pine, which we bought in 2006 and which has been loved and eagerly used ever since.
It consists of the following parts: A bed frame width 112, length 211 cm, height 228.5 cm, top preserved slatted frame, protective boards for the upper floor, grab rails, an inclined ladder 120 cm and a steering wheel, also in pine, honey-colored oiled, as further accessories we bought a white sail. The cords for fastening are no longer usable, but can easily be replaced with your own cords.
The crib still looks great, but has signs of wear and tear after the years. There are glue residues on the floor boards of the play tower, which are well documented in the photos. Our son had always glued posters to the underside of the tower with scotch tape, which he could look at when he fell asleep. Hence the residues of glue. Unfortunately, the flag holder is no longer available. the borehole is still visible. In general, we have made every effort to document all damage photographically. There are some scribble marks on the protective boards and beams at the level of the play tower. The tops of the steps of the ladder are badly damaged, on them you can find stamps and characters of various stages of child development :)

The bed is the result of a first-hand loft bed bought second-hand in 2005 that grows with the child (age 13 years) and a conversion set with a second bed to a bunk bed (age 7 years).
It is in good condition with normal signs of wear (scratches, small dents, but no stickers). We are a non-smoking household with no pets.

The Hochett is located in 88045 Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. It is still under construction. We offer joint dismantling, but we are also happy to dismantle the bed beforehand so that the buyer only has to invite it.
