| Order: | Please send the order form to us either online, by post or by fax. |
| Collective Orders: | For collective orders, you will receive a special discount. Should one of those who order collectively decide to withdraw his/her order, this special discount will be recalculated. The discount granted then has to be refunded in full (in the case of 2 orders) or in part (more than 2 orders). |
| Order Confirmation: | As soon as your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation and a delivery date. We will of course do our best to deliver by this date, however, it should still be regarded as tentative. In the case of delays you will be notified promptly. |
| Payment: | You receive a 2 % discount for prepayment by bank transfer (due 20 days prior to delivery). If you would like the option of COD (cash on delivery), there is a collection fee (€ 15.00) added to the invoice amount by the carrier. For custom-made products, colored glazes, etc., a down payment is required. In all cases, the goods remain our property until full payment. International deliveries are made only after prepayment. |
| Delivery: | Goods are delivered by the carrier to the first lockable door. For delivery costs, please see the respective listing of valid prices. Please inquire regarding international deliveries. No claim for compensation due to delayed delivery can be entertained. |
| Warranty: | A 7 year warranty applies to all parts of the Billi-Bolli beds, excluding improper use. Replacement or repair is provided at our discretion. |
| Withdrawal Terms and Conditions: | Under the German Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the products up to four weeks after they have been delivered. For products costing € 40.00 or more, we will cover the return costs. The right to return goods is exercised by sending the products back within the period prescribed, and upon doing so the purchase agreement is dissolved and we will refund the purchase price, if this has already been paid. Should there be any deterioration of the product due to use, compensation must be paid. To meet the deadline for returns, sending the products back in a timely manner is sufficient. Please contact us in advance. Custom-made products cannot be returned. |
| Complaints: | If any part is faulty, damaged or incomplete, we will get the replacement parts to you (free of charge) as quickly as possible. Claims that exceed the delivery of a replacement cannot be asserted. Parts that are identified to be faulty (e.g. bed is narrower or lower than ordered) must not be assembled temporarily, because then we could no longer sell these parts as new. Keep defective parts for pick-up. Damages acquired during transit must be reported promptly to the carrier. |
| Legal Action Notice: | No legal action without prior contact! If the content or the presentation of this site violates third-party rights or statutory provisions, we ask for an appropriate notice without any costs. We guarantee you that the legitimately disputed passages will be removed immediately without the need of the involvement of a lawyer. Should costs be incurred without prior correspondence, we will fully reject the claim and submit an appropriate counter-claim for violation of the mentioned provisions. |
