| Order: | | Please send the order form to us either online, by post or by fax. | | | Order Confirmation: | | As soon as your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation notice and a delivery date. We will of course do our best to deliver by this date, however, it should still be regarded as tentative. In the case of delays you will be notified promptly. | | | Delivery: | | Goods are delivered by the shipping company to the first lockable door. For freight charges, please see the respective listing of valid prices. Please inquire regarding overseas shipment. | | | Payment: | | You receive a 2 % cash discount for each advance payment (due 20 days prior to delivery). If you would like the option of COD (cash on delivery), there is a collection fee (€ 15.00) added to the invoice amount by the shipper. For customized products, colored glazes, etc., a deposit is required. In all cases, the goods remain our property until full payment. Deliveries abroad are made only after payment. | | | Complaints: | | If any part is defective, damaged or incomplete, we will get the replacement parts to you (free of charge) as quickly as possible. Keep defective parts for pick-up. Damages acquired during transit must be reported promptly to the freight service. | | | Refund Policy: | | Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the goods up to four weeks after delivery. For products costing € 40.00 or more, we pay the return costs. The right of return is exercised by a timely dispatch of the goods received. Upon return, the purchase agreement will be dissolved and thus we will refund the purchase price, if this has already been paid. Compensation for the deterioration of the product by intended use is required. In order to meet the revocation deadline, a timely dispatch of the goods shall be sufficent. Please contact us in advance. Customized products cannot be returned. | | | Warranty: | | A 7 year warranty applies to all parts of the Billi-Bolli beds, excluding improper use. Replacement or repair is provided at our discretion. | | | Collective Orders: | | For collective orders, you will receive a special discount. If a buyer makes use of his/her right to withdraw their order, the special discount is to be refunded. | | | Legal Action Notice: | | No legal action is permitted without prior contact! If the content or the presentation of this site violates third-party rights or statutory provisions, we ask for an appropriate notice without any costs. We guarantee that the rightly challenged parts will be removed immediately without the need of the involvement of a lawyer. Should costs be incured without prior correspondence, we will fully reject the claim and submit an appropriate counter-claim for violation of the mentioned provisions. |
