The standard
crane beam can be shifted from the center
to the edge. This is a practical option for use with the
Corner Bunk Bed since then the rope can swing more freely, especially when
Baby Gates are attached to the bed.

Flat Rungs
As an alternative to the standard round rungs used for the ladder, flat rungs are also available (5 rungs, always made of beech). The contact area of the feet is larger, adults sense this as more comfortable. The edges are rounded.

If one level will be used mostly for play and rarely for sleeping, it is recommended that you equip this level with a gapless base instead of a slatted base. Then there is no need for a mattress for this level. The gapless base is a closed surface.
