The Low Loft Bed offers the variants 1-6 of the Loft Bed Adjustable by Age, but not versions 7 and 8; therefore it is a reasonable choice only if the higher feet do not fit into the children's room (due to a pitched roof, for example) or if it is certain that the feet will not needed.
